MANDALAY, Myanmar

Regarding out last expirience you read about in the last post, on our further travel it was only Steve who got sick in the Bus and also in the Taxi to the hotel. He had to rest for the next day while Miri and I explored the City. We went to the gold pounders where they make gold leaves by bieding it for 6 hours by hand. We went to the Old Palace and also to some different old wooden Temple. Before sunset we drove with some motorbike taxi to Mandalay Hill to enjoy the view and the Sunset.

The day after we did a Tuck Tuck tour with two French guys. We saw some silk waving manufactories, some Pagodas, had good food on an River Island and went to U-Bein bridge for the sunset. The Bridge is the longest Teak wood bridge in the world.
